Our participation in the client engagement may involve:

• Structuring real estate transactions for foreign corporations setting up offices or facilities in the United States, whether leasing or purchasing, including 1031 transactions
• Drafting or reviewing real estate contracts and following the transaction through purchase/sale/lease due diligence to closing
• Guiding foreign corporations in the hiring and training of local personnel
• Counseling on U.S. employment law, representing the client through litigation, if required
• Providing reasonable estimates of the costs of setting up offices or entering the U.S. market
• Advising clients on antitrust matters
